Message	and inspect the tiny little tabs on the outer edges to make sure they are properly bent. They appear to be folded over in the process of making and believe they are hard plastic. Had an issue with one of my received lenses and this little issue kept the lens from sitting flush against the trunk of my convertible. Also, turning on your flashlight on your phone when inspecting the front will help you see if there are any hairline cracks. After installation of a shipped one, found I have a big hairline crack on either side of the 3rd brakelight. This is one of those products to NEVER buy from 3rd party unless you can see and pick up locally. 1993 TT. R.I.P. 09.15.2010
